M4 Electives / Visiting Student Rotation (apply through VSLO)
- This 4 week elective rotation is a valuable opportunity to learn about the scope of practice of Family Medicine and opportunities available in the specialty. Students will spend 2 weeks rotating with Family Medicine residents on the inpatient service at Lake Forest Hospital, gaining exposure to the community hospital setting. Another 2 weeks will be spent in the outpatient setting at the Family Medicine clinic at the Northwestern Grayslake Outpatient Center.
