Salary & Benefits

Stipends for family medicine residents are determined by the McGaw Office of Graduate Medical Education.

The stipend levels for the 2025-2026 training year are as follows:

• PGY-1: $76,202.49
• PGY-2: $79,209.06
• PGY-3: $81,876.76
