Salary & Benefits

Stipends for family medicine residents are determined by the McGaw Office of Graduate Medical Education.

The stipend levels for the 2026-2027 training year are as follows:

• PGY-1: $78,488.56
• PGY-2: $81,585.33
• PGY-3: $84,333.06
